7. Consultation Services
If you book a paid kitchen design consultation through this Site, we collect and process additional personal information in order to provide that service.
Information collected for consultations
- Your name and email address, provided at the time of booking via Kit
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details directly. You can view Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
- Materials you choose to submit ahead of your consultation, typically by email, which may include kitchen plans, floor plans, photographs, measurements, written questions, and other project-related information
How we use this information
We use the information you submit solely to prepare for and deliver your consultation. This includes reviewing your plans, photographs, and questions in advance of the call so that we can provide relevant, informed guidance during our session.
Storage and retention
Consultation materials you submit are stored securely and retained for up to 12 months following your call, in case of follow-up queries. After that period, materials will be securely deleted. Materials are not shared with any third party.
Lawful basis
We process consultation data on the basis of contractual necessity — i.e., it is required to deliver the service you have paid for.
Please note: If your plans or photographs contain personal information relating to your home address or property, please be aware that you are sharing this with us voluntarily as part of the consultation process. You may redact any information you do not wish to share, provided it does not affect our ability to review your design.
8. Third-Party Data Processors
We work with the following third-party service providers who may process personal data on our behalf. Each is bound by appropriate data protection agreements:
- Kit (kit.com) — email list management and newsletter delivery
- Stripe — payment processing for consultation bookings
- Google Analytics — website analytics
- Raptive — advertising services
These providers may not use your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.

When data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.
11. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no online transmission or storage method is completely secure.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Information Commissioner’s Office within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected individuals where required by law.
