The Best 100cm Range Cookers – Your Perfect Kitchen Centrepiece

Having a range cooker as part of a new kitchen design is high up on the wish list for many of my clients. And, the most popular size is 100cm range cookers.

Not too big, not too small, 100cm is my go-to size for most kitchens. Not only are they great for budding chefs with plenty of cooking space and burners, but a 100cm range cooker can also act as a fantastic focal point and centrepiece to a kitchen without dominating the room. Modern or classic it never fails to add the ‘wow’ factor to a kitchen.

In this post, I’ve collected some of my favourite 100cm range cookers that will be sure to give your kitchen the perfect centrepiece.

Let’s get into it!

I love Bertazzoni range cookers. I came across them several years ago while I was working for an Italian kitchen design company (Bertazzoni being an Italian company). Hardly surprising with how stylish they look.

Not only do they look great but they feel great too. They have strong build quality, sturdy heavy-duty cast iron pan support and really nice tactile control knobs. Which all add up for a really pleasant user experience.

The Master series comes with 6 gas burners including a gorgeous duel flame wok burner, two multi-functional electric ovens (69L & 54L) with a grill in the second oven as well as a large storage compartment with a drop-down door at the bottom. Ideal for storing all those baking trays.

Available in stainless steel, black, cream and burgundy + Induction or Gas cooktop. This dual fuel Bertazzoni Master series range cooker gets my ‘best design‘ pick! It may be a bit more expensive than the Rangemaster Pro+ but there’s no denying its great looks, it’s the Ferrari of range cookers!

Another great British manufacturer. This Belling Farmhouse model is an ideal mid-range choice. Coming in just over the £1000 mark. You get everything you need with a good quality build.

With two electric ovens, (64L & 58L) a separate grill compartment, as well as a storage section with a drop-down door this Belling 100cm range cooker offers up lots of great options.

Another Bertazzoni range cooker. This time, top of the line. Everything I love about the Master series but with more features thrown in and more bright fun colours available. I’ve had several clients go for the orange (pictured above) and it looks incredible!

Available as a 5-Zone induction or 6 burner cooktop. This Bertazzoni Professional range cooker comes with two multi-functional ovens (69L & 54L) with triple glazed doors for greater heat retention and energy efficiency. A separate powerful grill and bottom storage drawer.
